Service

Google Ads that bid on revenue.

Your account probably counts form fills. Your business counts paid jobs. We close that gap, then let Google optimize against the number that actually matters.

The conversion problem

A standard setup fires a conversion when someone submits a form. Google then works hard to find more people who submit forms. But a form fill is not a customer — some become four-figure jobs, some never answer the phone, and Google can't tell the difference because nobody told it.

Offline conversion import fixes this. When a lead becomes a booking, and the booking gets paid, we send that value back to Google attached to the original click. The algorithm stops chasing cheap leads and starts chasing profitable ones.

We built exactly this for our own RV rental business: the deposit is the conversion, the full reservation total is the value, and the click is captured at the quote stage because the payment webhook has no cookies to work with.

That last detail is the kind of thing that decides whether the whole system reports real numbers or quiet nonsense.

What management includes

Account build or rebuild

  • Campaign and ad group structure matched to how you actually sell
  • Keyword research using real volume for your metro, not national estimates
  • Negative keyword lists built from the services you don't offer
  • Geography and schedule matched to when you can serve the work

Conversion tracking that survives audit

  • Offline conversion import from booking or payment data
  • Call tracking where the phone is the real front door
  • Analytics and Search Console configured and cross-checked
  • Values verified against your own books, not taken on trust

Ongoing management

  • Search term review and negative expansion
  • Bid and budget changes tied to the agreed break-even
  • Landing page recommendations, with reasons
  • Monthly reporting written in sentences

Two things we watch that most accounts don't

Auto-apply recommendations

Google can change your account without asking. In one of ours it silently removed the two best-performing exact-match keywords and we lost $474 before catching it. It's a UI-only setting that needs an explicit save to turn off, and we turn it off account-wide on day one.

Ads running when you can't deliver

We found campaigns spending on Mondays and Tuesdays with zero staff rostered — a $193 cost per acquisition for appointments nobody could take. No dashboard flags this, because the ad platform has no idea what your schedule looks like. Cross-referencing the two is a five-minute check that almost nobody runs.

What it costs

Management is a flat monthly fee based on account complexity, not a percentage of your spend. A percentage fee rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive to build a relationship on.

Ad budget is paid by you directly to Google and never marked up. We'll recommend a starting budget from the break-even math, usually smaller than you expect.

We may tell you not to run ads at all. If your average job value can't support the cost per click in your market, no amount of management skill fixes that. We'd rather lose the retainer than take it knowing the arithmetic doesn't close.
